Introducing OneHall: four products, one account
OneHall Chat, OneHall People, OneHall Projects and OneHall Finance share a sign-in and a bill. Here is what each does, and the handful of places where they hand work to each other.
Running a company means messaging, people records, project tracking and invoicing. Each usually comes with its own login, its own list of users and its own monthly bill. OneHall is four products built to be bought one at a time or together, with one Hub behind them for sign-in, people and billing.
The four
- OneHall Chat, Connect & Collaborate: Zones for teams and topics, Connects for one-to-one and small groups, Branches for side discussions, Flash Spaces for calls, and Actions that turn a message into a tracked task.
- OneHall People, People, Talent & Culture: employee records, time tracking with weekly timesheets, leave, requests and approvals, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, reviews, documents and e-signatures.
- OneHall Projects, Plan, Execute & Deliver: projects shaped to how you work, with boards, sprints, roadmaps, capacity, test management and reports.
- OneHall Finance, Financial Clarity & Control: estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, bills and the reports on them.
Where they meet
We do not claim that everything talks to everything. There are six links today. One sign-in and one bill cover every product you hold. A new OneHall Projects project can get a OneHall Chat zone of the same name, with its members. New people land in your default zones when they accept their invitation. The OneHall People time tracker offers the person’s own OneHall Projects projects and tasks. An expense claim approved in OneHall People arrives in OneHall Finance as an expense. And tracked, billable hours can be turned into OneHall Finance invoice lines at the rate you type, once.
What is not in this release
OneHall Finance does not connect to banks, reconcile statements, run payroll or keep a general ledger yet. The products ship in English. There is no language model anywhere in the product; the Hub’s Insights are plain rules over your own data. We would rather you know that now than find out in week two.
Price
A single product is $2.49 per user per month billed yearly ($3.49 monthly). All four are $7.99 billed yearly ($9.99 monthly). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
