Introducing OneHall: every product, one account
OneHall covers your team, your sales and money, your customer service, your operations and your industry, on one sign-in and one bill. Here is what each product does, and where they hand work to each other.
Running a company means messaging, people records, projects, invoices, customers, support, stock and deliveries. Each usually comes with its own login, its own list of users and its own monthly bill. OneHall is one suite of products, built to be bought one at a time or together, with one Hub behind them for sign-in, people and billing. Every product is on sale now. This is the whole range, by the part of the company it serves.
Your team
The work every company does for itself: talking, planning, looking after its people and training them.
- OneHall Chat: Zones for teams and topics, Connects for one-to-one and small groups, Branches for side discussions, Flash Spaces for calls, and Actions that turn a message into a tracked task.
- OneHall Projects: projects shaped to how you work, with boards, sprints, roadmaps, capacity, test management and reports.
- OneHall People: employee records, time tracking with weekly timesheets, leave, requests and approvals, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, reviews, documents and e-signatures.
- OneHall Courses: build courses, assign them by rule, run sessions and keep certificates current, for your own staff and for outside learners through your own academy.
Sales and money
Winning customers, selling to them online and in store, and billing them.
- OneHall Finance: estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, bills and the reports on them.
- OneHall CRM: every lead, deal and customer conversation in one place, from the first enquiry to the accepted quote.
- OneHall Marketing: email campaigns to the people who agreed to hear from you: lists and segments, a block editor with a live preview, and reports on what was opened and clicked, sent through your own email provider.
- OneHall Websites: build your organization’s website from blocks, publish it after a check that catches undescribed pictures and broken links, and read the messages its forms collect.
- OneHall Commerce: a register for the shop floor that keeps selling when the connection drops, online orders picked, packed and shipped, and stock that always comes from one count.
- OneHall Subscriptions: recurring plans, rentals and instalment schedules, with their dates worked out for you and every amount received recorded against them.
Customer service
Answering customers, taking their calls and bookings, and running your events.
- OneHall Helpdesk: customer emails and web forms land as tickets in one shared inbox, with the clock running on every promise you made and answers your customers can find for themselves.
- OneHall Calls: a phone system in the browser, on the desktop and on the phone: your own numbers, menus and queues, calls that ring like a phone, and every missed call followed up.
- OneHall Bookings: appointments, walk-ins and visitors at one front desk, a booking page your customers use themselves, and a diary that never books one person twice.
- OneHall Events: plan the event, fill it and run the door on the day, with the run-of-show, the speakers and the suppliers in the same place.
Operations
Stock, repairs, deliveries and production.
- OneHall Inventory: know what you hold and where, move it with a record behind every change, and buy more before you run out, with approvals so nobody signs off their own work.
- OneHall Repairs: from the customer’s first report to the signed job sheet: a dispatch board for the office, a job sheet for the technician that keeps working without a signal, and every asset’s history.
- OneHall Logistics: shipments, delivery runs and the vans that make them: proof of delivery on the driver’s phone, a tracking link for the customer, and the fleet’s fuel, trips and paperwork up to date.
- OneHall Factory: production orders from the bill of materials to finished stock, a jobs board for the shop floor, and quality checks that hold the line.
Made for your industry
Products shaped around how builders, clinics, schools, hotels, landlords, law firms, charities and farms work, on the same account as everything above.
- OneHall Construction: win the tender, run the contract and keep the site safe: estimates and bills of quantities, valuations and certificates, diaries, snags and permits, for the office and for the site.
- OneHall Clinic: the front desk and the consulting room of a small practice: the patient register, the day’s queue, and visits with private notes and prescriptions.
- OneHall School: the school day for the staff who run it: the register, the timetable, students and their guardians, exams and the term’s fees, with guardians kept informed by email and a private link.
- OneHall Hospitality: stays and dining for small hotels and guest houses: a tape chart that never sells a room twice, the front desk, housekeeping, the restaurant and the night audit, and a booking page of your own.
- OneHall Property: letting and managing property for agencies and landlords: listings and viewings, tenants and leases, rent and arrears, deposits and certificates with their deadlines, inspections and repairs.
- OneHall Legal: matters from the first call to the final bill: intake with a conflict check, a court diary and deadlines that escalate, documents from your own templates, time and pre-bills, and ethical walls that keep a matter to its team.
- OneHall Nonprofit: donors and their consent, gifts recorded into the right fund, receipts and Gift Aid, grants with their deliverables, volunteers, and beneficiary cases kept to the people named to handle them.
- OneHall Farm: the records of a working farm (batches, daily logs, animals, treatments, spraying and inputs) that answer what each batch cost and earned, and hold back a sale while a treatment’s withdrawal period runs.
One account behind all of it
The Hub is where you sign in, invite people, decide what each person can open and see the bill. A person is one seat however many products they use, every product carries the same switcher, and each product’s card in the Hub shows how many things are waiting on you there.
Where they meet
We do not claim that everything talks to everything. Each link here is one real hand-off, and it works only when your organization holds both products. Most wait for a person’s click, and asking again returns what the first click made.
- Your team: a new project in Projects can get a Chat zone of the same name, with its members. The People time tracker offers each person their own projects and tasks, and tracked, billable hours can become invoice lines in Finance at the rate you type, once. An expense claim approved in People arrives in Finance as an expense. A certificate earned in Courses is recorded on the learner’s employee file in People.
- Sales and money: when a deal is won in CRM, one click makes its project in Projects, and its accepted quote becomes a draft invoice in Finance. A form built in Websites can send its messages to CRM as leads. Marketing imports the people your other products already hold, by a person’s click. A store’s day of sales in Commerce reaches Finance as one draft invoice, and a charge in Subscriptions becomes a draft invoice when you press for one.
- Customer service: a ticket in Helpdesk can make a task in Projects or raise a work order in Repairs without retyping the customer. A call in Calls can be logged to CRM or open a ticket in Helpdesk. Bookings reads approved leave from People, dates only and never the reason, so nobody is booked while they are away. A registration’s fee in Events becomes a draft invoice in Finance.
- Operations: a sale in Commerce takes its stock from Inventory, and a return puts it back. Material issued to an order in Factory, and the finished goods it makes, move real stock in Inventory in the same step. Parts used on a visit in Repairs leave the van’s stock. A stock transfer in Inventory can become a draft shipment in Logistics.
- Made for your industry: rent in Property, fee runs in School, a visit’s fee in Clinic, a company’s stays in Hospitality, an approved pre-bill in Legal, a certified application in Construction, a gift in Nonprofit and a sale of produce in Farm all go to Finance as invoices. A room taken out of order in Hospitality, a maintenance request in Property and broken equipment in Farm go to Repairs as work orders.
What is not in this release
OneHall Finance does not connect to your bank, reconcile statements, run payroll or keep a general ledger in this release, so your accountant’s system stays where it is. OneHall Subscriptions records what came in and takes nobody’s card. OneHall Clinic runs a practice; it is not a full medical record. The products ship in English. A language model is used in one place: DUA, the OneHall assistant, uses one from OpenAI to choose which lookup answers a question and to help with writing. The Hub’s Insights use none; they are plain rules over your own data. We would rather you know that now than find out in week two.
Price
A single product is $2.49 per user per month billed yearly ($3.49 monthly), and you can add another at the same price whenever you like. Pro, with every product in OneHall, is $7.99 billed yearly ($9.99 monthly), however many you use. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and your card is charged only when it ends.
